I love that you added hazelnut to the cookie dough - that sounds so delicious! I'm curious about your no-egg recipe; mine calls for 1 egg plus 1 yolk, and so I end up having to make an egg-white omelet the next morning (which in my opinion, isn't nearly as great as whole-egg omelets).
