Corn, onion, tomato, avocado salad with lime/cilantro dressing sounds delicious! Let me know how the vegetarian version of the soup turns out if you try it with your CSA corn. I have a good feeling it'll be just as tasty. krishwalahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14268236809577851121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2493381014412529077.post-82449680658634366272012-08-30T18:06:06.371+02:002012-08-30T18:06:06.371+02:00We've been getting a lot of corn through our C...We've been getting a lot of corn through our CSA lately! Twice I made a charred corn, onion, bell pepper, tomato, and avocado (avocado added after broiling the rest of the veggies) salad with lime and cilantro. I should try a soup! I actually have about 8 used cobs (without the kernels) sitting in the freezer so I can boil it and turn it into a broth. I think I'll try a veggie variation of your soup!Mia (Savor Everyday)https://www.blogger.com/profile/14765585509553777607noreply@blogger.com
